NetJets Europe is the leading private jet operator in Europe and conducts operations around the world. They are undergoing a programme of expansion and have identified a requirement to recruit a number of highly motivated, suitably qualified young men and women of European Union or Swiss citizenship to join them as First Officers.
NetJets are looking for cadets for an ab-initio flight-training course who are mature, confident and inspired by aviation. They seek men and women who will rise to a challenge and who possess the flexibility to thrive in a constantly changing work environment. Candidates should have demonstrable customer service and leadership skills and the ability to fit into the NetJets Europe culture. The ab-initio programme aims to recruit men and women from across Europe to match NetJets’ current diversity.
Candidates will be required to undergo a two-day self-funded skills and aptitude assessment at Oxford Aviation Training at the Oxford, England airport, prior to being accepted into the NetJets Europe programme. Short-listed candidates will then undergo a further one-day assessment by the NetJets Recruitment team before offers are made to the successful candidates.
NetJets have collaborated with OAT since December 2005 to design a course which specifically meets their needs. The complete programme will last approximately 17 months. The first three groups of cadets have been chosen and commence training in May, June and August 2007. OAT and NetJets are now seeking three more groups of cadets for the November 2007 and January and February 2008 courses. NetJets plan to recruit 26 cadets for 2007 then expand the programme to 48 cadets per year in subsequent years.
