Czyli jednak easyJet, a nie Virgin:

easyJet to launch London - Moscow flights from spring 2013

easyJet, the UK’s largest airline, has today been awarded the rights to fly between London and Moscow by the CAA and will launch flights from Spring 2013.
easyJet will operate an Airbus A320 on two services a day between London Gatwick and Moscow Domodedovo airport. Each aircraft will have 180 seats and easyJet expects to fly over 230,000 passengers in its first year of operations.
Carolyn McCall, Chief Executive of easyJet, said:
"easyJet is delighted to have been awarded the rights to fly between London Gatwick and Moscow. We believe this is the right decision for consumers both in the UK and Russia.
“Russia has a fast growing economy and is a country rich in culture and history. We believe that our flights will be popular with both business and leisure travellers alike. easyJet has proved again and again that when we enter a new market we open it up - bringing in competition and lower fares and enabling more people to travel on the route. We look forward to welcoming passengers on board next Spring.”
Fares will start from as little £125 return - compared to current fares of over £1000 for an economy ticket - and will be on sale in the coming weeks on www.easyJet.com.
The four hour flights will depart London at 07:00 and 14:00 each day departing Moscow at 14:40 and 21:40.

Dziś ogłoszono drugą trasę do Moskwy, tym razem z Manchesteru:

EASYJET TO LAUNCH FIRST EVER SCHEDULED MANCHESTER - MOSCOW FLIGHTS

easyJet, the UK’s largest airline, has today announced it plans to launch the first ever scheduled flights between Manchester and Moscow in Spring 2013. easyJet will operate four flights each way a week and plans to put flights on sale in the coming weeks.
The move follows the news last month that easyJet would launch five new routes by basing a seventh aircraft at Manchester. The eighth aircraft, which will be based at the airport from March 2013, will create a further 80 cabin crew, pilot and ground handling jobs in Manchester taking the total number of new jobs from both new aircraft to 160 with a combined total of around 500 indirect jobs resulting from the expansion.
