    Hello aircrafts lovers

I'm 24, I have my private pilot licence, and I love to fly
Also I'm passionate about Poland, and I dream to fly in Poland one day.

Is there anybody who's in a PPL could advice me an aeroclub. From anywhere, but maybe mostly the south or the capital.

It would be nice also to share some experiences and advices.
(Also I work in aviation as a flight dispatcher)

Przepraszam ze nie mowiem po polsku....jestem francusem

    Hi GTO,

in the capital there are plenty of private flight schools that can do the training in English so you shouldn't have any issues. If you are interested please contact me in a private message, I'll give you some contact details. I don't want any advertisement here. However note that I'm not affiliated with any ATO

    Hello,

thank you for all your answers.
I've seen the prices with the information you gave me. I've noticed that there was a price for aeroclub member, and for "visitor" member I should say.
It's sounds very different that what we have in France.
So you confirm that it is possible to register in an aeroclub, or just fly without an anual membership for a season or a holliday ?

Maybe it would be better to find a private FTO and just pay for flying without any registration and annual membership? Try for exemple smartaviation.eu.

Holding an European (PART or JAR -FCL) PPL allows you to fly an aircraft with SP- registration under very same rules as in France. Difference might be in chartering. Usually a/c are chartered by aeroclubs and FTO's, they provide an aircraft and an instructor if you want one. The membership fees in Aeroclubs are usually for a year (season), and you don't have to pay it for a season in which you don't fly. Those fees usually have basic insurance included.

You can also fly yours or chartered aircraft with F- registration in Poland, too.

Flying VFR you don't have to pay navigation charges, you only pay at some of the airfields or airports. There is a website with basic information about polish airfields/airports here: Lotniska · Lądowiska · Airports in Poland Pay attention to AVGAS availability.
